Rockstar is a 2009 registered AQHA grey gelding standing 15.0HH. If you’re looking for your next solid ranch or trail horse, look no further! Rockstar is a true rockstar with plenty miles and hours of training under his belt. This gelding will go do anything you ask him with no hesitation! Out on the trails, Rockstar drops his head and follows the trail like a good hound does. He crosses any type of water, obstacle, or terrain with no hesitation. He is sure footed, and smart about where he places his feet on rocky or slippery terrain. He can ride in the front or back of the pack, or out alone with no problems. In the arena, Rockstar will spoil you and make you think you’re on a Cadillac. He has a smooth sitting trot and canter. He will extend out on the bridle or lope around on a loose rein. He is soft in the mouth, neck reins and listens to your seat. He has a big stop and turn around if asked, or will transition down softly. He will side pass over logs or to open and close gates. Rockstar knows what a long days of work is. He has spent most of his life being a cowboy’s better half. From working pens at the feed yards, to roping yearlings out in the pasture. He will track to the hip and stand firm while you doctor on him. He has a large amount of pull when dragging calves, and opens gates like a machine. Rockstar is easy to own! He is kind, smart and gentle. He is an easy keeper, requires no maintenance and is healthy. He currently wears front shoes, but does not require them. He can be stalled or turned out. He is fairly easy to catch, but does come right up with food. He load and unloads by himself. He stands tied all day long, doesn’t require daily tuning or riding. Located in Coldspring, Texas.
